Updates...Coulee Fest In the afternoon tomorrow, the Grade 4s will be heading to TMC for a community walk and to participate in Coulee Fest. TMC students will share their work and give our students an opportunity to interact, experience and learn! Please return any library books you have at home from our Learning Commons. We are beginning to gather all materials that have been borrowed. Thanks! On Friday June 22 we will say farewell to our Grade 4 students at the last Peace Assembly. The Peace Ambassadors and Eco Club will be presenting at the Assembly. Following the Assembly Grade 4's will be invited to stay in the gym to join for cupcakes. Parents are invited to attend. The Peace Assembly will be from 10:30 - 11:15. Jackie Bates June 26 is Sports Day and we need volunteers to help out. Last year was a huge success because of the volunteer turnout. Hopefully we can repeat that success and make it even more of a success this year. Some of these questions are challenging! Reader Rock GardenWe had a great day at Reader Rock Garden and Union Cemetery. We learned so much about Calgary's history, cultural diversity and biodiversity. Looking for where math lives on the playground!We partnered with the grade 1/2s in search of math! We looked at patterns, shapes and measured distances and even perimetre. What would happen if the slide was longer?
