Whether it an apple, a banana, a potato or spinach.....good food comes in its' own package. If there's a box or wrapper or plastic container, it is made primarily of chemicals and artificial fillers. Fuel up with real food. Food that grows in the sunshine and rain. And after being picked arrives at your grocery store, in its' own skin. Jungle Book Cast Reminder: Tomorrow, Tuesday March 13th will be the first full cast run-through of the Jungle Book. Your student is involved in this only if they have been cast in a role and has brought home a company contract. Rehearsal will run from 3:00-4:00. Your student will be dismissed at 4:00 p.m. Through the front doors of the school. They must let a teacher know that they see their parent or caregiver before running off so that we can ensure everyone has gone home to the correct place. If you are unsure if your child needs to be here for this rehearsal please email Mrs. Coulson at: [email protected] Will what we have last forever? As students continue their investigation into natural resources they were asked to discuss the following question at home: Do you think there is enough food in the world? Why or why not? Virtual Coulee Design...Students are continuing to build the coulee using Cospaces. We gave each other feeback today and made sure that our virtual coulee matched up with components that were drawn on our physical maps. Students were encouraged to create their own objects using 3D shapes as opposed to using a pre-made object from the Cospaces library.
